Hello again, it's nice to meet up, see what everyone is up to and to share a bit of my latest creates -- one of the few things we can actually do and truly enjoy! I do adore the friendships afforded me through this amazing craft we love.
I'll start with Card #1, a Christmas card to add to the stash!
I started with cherry red cs, and stamped an NBUS sentiment stamp that I got at the end of last Christmas season -- I adore it! I then cut the panel down, popped it up to the right of a bit of gold stripey washi tape. I then added the gold stars. This card will go to TO#174 - Festivals with a twist of shimmer and NBUS #20.
Card #2, a card for a friend ~
I started by die cutting the stars in a staggered position, allowing for a centered space for the sentiment. After cutting, and placing some silver washi down both sides, I arranged the star stamps through the die cut piece, stamped and heat embossed, then popped up the die cut piece over the stamps. A close-up...
Sorry the color of the cs doesn't show well, I presume it's from the gray skies outside and using indoor lighting, it's actually a deep green in color. These two cards will got to Twofer #33 - Stars.
Supplies:
Stampendous - Joy Has Come
MFT - Stars Above stamps & dies
Thank you all for popping in to visit and leave some friendly love. I hope you have a wonderful week, and your days are filled with love and crafting!
Hugs,
TK

These are brilliant, TK, but isn't the way the color displays sometimes just the oddest thing? Your friend card with the cascading stars looks beautiful in charcoal gray with silver Washi borders! (JIC you want to use charcoal gray next time, lol) I love the CASlicious design with the geometric silver-embossed stars inside the star apertures! And your JOY card proudly proclaims the message of Christmas. I love the cherry red with the gold striped Washi border and the shiny gold stars punctuating the sediment! Thank you so much for playing in TCC #33! Keep safe and well. Hugs, Darnell
Love these cards! Cool idea to use the negative space on the second and not a single misplaced speck of white embossing powder to be seen on that red card base which is pretty amazing!
A fun and fabulous "twofer" here with 2 pretty cards! I'm especially fond of the Christmas card with the red & gold - a beautiful combo!
Red and gold is always a winning combination and I love that sentiment on your other card. Unusual and lovely.
These are fab TK!
TK what fab cards. Love the striped washi looks great in gold and works perfectly with the gold stars. I love the way you placed the sentiment and adore the font on the sentiment. You second card is great too, love the use of the negative die and super colour card base. Thanks for joining Time Out x
TK thanks for sharing your Joy with us - it's so beautiful! You really had your stars aligned today! Beautifully!

Both cards are so gorgeous. Beautiful star designs.
Both just lovely TK! The shimmer from your stars is fabulous!
Two beauties TK!! Love the bright cherry red card with that awesome sentiment (can see why you LOVE it!!) and the beautiful gold stars, and also the gray/green card with the silver embossed stars...they are both wonderful!! Thanks so much for sharing with us at The Twofer Challenge! :0)
Fabulous set of cards, TK! Perfect take on the Twofers challenge!
Awesome cards, TK! That Christmas card is so festive; and that RED! What a perfect shade of red! The bit of gold and white washi down the left side was a great idea and it really pairs well with your stars and fabulous sentiment. Love your friend card is lovely, and in green it's wonderful, but the gray cast looks pretty darn wonderful too (I'd make one in gray, just because, lol!). The stars' inside stars is a brilliant idea and I love it. Thank you so much for joining us at The Twofer Challenge. Stay safe. Bev
These are both very nice cards. I'm really loving the red card though. Very classy looking and such a great sentiment.
The red/gold card is so festive and all the elements are so beautifully placed! Thank you for joining us at TIME OUT!
The silver embossed stars inside the negative die cut space are fabulous, TK ... love that shimmery, graphic look against the dark cardstock! Oh my, your gold and red Christmas card ... it's a beauty ... I too adore that verse (and the font) ... and you've showcased it wonderfully with the shine of the stars and washi! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Twofer! Hugs, Anita :)
