Feel Better Soon!

Rushing in for a quick post, and to enter a couple of challenges.  A co-worker fell on the icy ground here, so I wanted to make a card wishing her well.  I'll be entering this card at TO #130 Unique (I'll explain this in a bit) and also over at Simon Says Monday:  Girly.  Here's my entry...

I used the new to me Concord & 9th Wreath Turnabout, using two muted colors.  You see, I think these new Turnabouts are quite "unique".  If you haven't tried any, they're actually pretty fun!  I also enjoyed the muted girly colors, girly ribbon, all for this girly card!  While my stamping is imperfect, I love the artsy feel and its uniqueness too!  Hope you like it!

Hope to see you around soon, and thanks for being such big supporters to me!

Hugs,
TK

I can't, for the life of me, make the Turnabouts work. You've completely mastered the technique and this card has "turned" out perfectly. Sorry to hear that your friend fell on this ice; there's a lot of that going around this season, me included. She'll really appreciate this pretty card. Love that bit of ribbon, too. Have a great week. Bev

You've just reminded me that I've got this stamp set and I haven't even inked it yet!! This is such a pretty card and absolutely love the colours you used, they are so soft and feminine. And that gorgeous ribbon finishes it off perfectly. So glad you shared this with us at TIME OUT!

Love that you kept this fabulous turnabout image to just the two wonderfully soft colours, TK ... it keeps your deliciously feminine card so serene and calm ... just what's needed after a fall on ice (ouch)! I too love turnabouts (and have a couple, including this yummy set) ... they're such fun to play with and get different results each time! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Time Out with this dreamy card! Hugs, Anita :)

This card is so lovely that it almost made ME wish I'd been the one who fell on the ice! :) The color palette is absolutely gorgeous and I enjoyed your thoughts on the Turnabout stamps. I haven't tried them yet, but this certainly makes me want to try! Thank you so much for sharing such a delightful card with us for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!
