Happiest Birthday Dtr #2

Sending my best wishes through bloggie land to my daughter on her Birthday!  She's a beautiful person, loyal soul, an overcomer and thoughtful (Grandson's word - pretty good eh?!)!!  She blesses my socks off all day long, and I'm truly honored to be her mom.  BTW all three of my daughters are pretty stinkin' awesome!  Anyway - This one's for her!

I can't tell you how ecstatic I am with this card!  It doesn't happen often that something shows up on cardstock exactly the same as I saw it in my head!  This is a first try at Bokeh (loved it) and I've been wanting to use this stamp FOREVER, so what a perfect time!  Next a close-up...

Notice that sparkle in the ep?  I used a clear embossing powder with a "frost" embossing ink -- I kinda like it...

To Infinity & Beyond!

Sometimes just the tiniest stamp invokes a feeling and then you just GOTTA use it.  That's what happened here, Folks!  This stamp is one of those...  Now I must confess that it didn't stamp really clear, so for that I apologize but I just had to use it!  I couldn't resist!  Truly!

This was a secondary card for Hubbs on Valentine's Day, well because I HAD to!  Can you see it?  No?  Here's a close-up...

Hmmm, still not the clearest but it says "I love you, To Infinity & Beyond".  Ok I apologize... not the clearest "tiny" stamp in a less than stellar photo but an adorable saying to say the least.  And why not post because it fits nicely into the Addicted to CAS #153 Grid challenge.

Happiest Birthday, Anita!

This one's for Anita -- she's a beautiful person with an uplifting heart, and inspires me all the time; a great card maker, who spurs us on to have fun and make beautiful things!  Who could want more from a bloggy friend!?!  My wish is for a perfect day filled with loved ones and special memories to be made.  Here's her card that's hopefully there (or she just gets a peek!)...

An old rubber stamp called Bear with Flowers by Anita's (ironically), a different sentiment stamp, and the panel cut using MFT Wonky Stitched Rectangle, then of course Zig-ified, although I had trouble coloring him brown and it being too dark!  Speaking of.... that "old" stamp should allow me to enter over at TO #129 - Retro!
