MUSE #148 and belated Birthday

First, I have to apologize for the photos, it's been really gray here and obviously I need another
method of photographing my cards!  My first card is  inspired by Anita's inspiration card:

And here's my submission:

This second photo is a better representation of the colors and shine... colored with Zigs.

This card is going to MUSE #148.
Paper:  Neenah, DCWV silver Glitsy Glitter
Ink:  Versamark
Stamp: oldie Bold Patterns from Hot Off The Press
Silver Signo pen, HA silver ep

My next card was a belated Birthday for my best friend -- unfortunately, it was really late due to holidays and travel...

I just love all these little elephants that are so popular right now, but I must practice on the coloring!  I also added Glossy Accents to the balloons, but unfortunately you can't see it as I ran out of time before work and getting it posted on the way out the door...

Paper:  Neenah
Stamp:  W+9 Unforgettable
Color:  Copics
Ink: ME Smoke (P), Versafine
Misc: Glossy accents, ZIG pen for doodling

Thanks for joining me today, may God bless you this week!

TK

Your cards are great! Love the pretty flowers & sparkle of the first one & your doodling on the second is amazing! I'm just south of you & it's been gloomy here, too, & hard to get good photos. I've found PicMonkey to be helpful & it's free!

Super panel of bright flowers, and I love how you've chosen to trim with silver glitter strips. Cute little Ellie too, still on my wish list!
Thanks so much for playing along at Muse, Anita x

Such a beautiful blooming border, TK ... puts me in mind of fields of summer flowers ... lovely! That little balloon toting ellie is so sweet ... your friend will have loved it, even if it was late! Hugs, Anita :)

Hi, TK! I'm sorry I've not been around as much as I should have been. I've had a wonderful catch-up and really enjoyed your creations, especially for MUSE! You really rock the inspiration on those challenges! And I love your sweet Ephie belated birthday card, too! I'm sure your friend will forgive you when she sees this sweet glossy card! Enjoy your day! Hugs, Darnell

So cute!! Love the sparkly and coloring! My biggest frustration is picture taking for sure! Getting the light just right to represent what the card actually looks like in real life. I use pic monkey too but pay for a subscription yearly so I can use the royal features. But I really need some photography lessons!
