Welcome!
I'm back again today with another group of cards. This group was all made the same, as I liked the design. It also uses an new-to-me stamp and die set.
The sentiment is full-sized, with a matching die that is quite unique. While the die portrays a cross, it is only the ends of each point that cuts and flares. I used a piece of matte gold paper, the same as the frame, to back the cross points. I should've grabbed a photo of the underlying gold, but I forgot - sorry! The edges were lightly ink blended with a deep purple, and the inside sentiment stamped with the same ink. I used a small strip of double-sided tape, rolled it into a small tube and placed it behind the "flap" to ensure lift, even after the mail. Yep, these have been mailed as well.
Since these are in their first outing, the card will go to NBUS #85.
If I'd have thought sooner (doh!), I could've used marigold and entered it into Marcia's purple and marigold Color Hues challenge!
Supplies:
PTI - Reflections: John 3 stamp & die (NBUS)
PB - Classic Frames
Again, thank you for the visit and I hope all of you are looking forward to Easter!
Hugs,
TK

Lovely card
That is a beautiful Easter card! Who made the sentiment? That’s my confirmation verse.
What a great die, TK, and a favorite scripture verse. I'm amazed with your ink blending that's so perfect!
These are beautiful TK...and I love that unique cross design where the edges lift up so you can see the gold underneath! And of course the sentiment says it all...LOVE it!! I also liked your grouping #2 cards too with the butterflies...you did a great job on making all those Easter cards my friend...I only made a few this year, but hey, that's better than none!! Hugs. :0)
These are pretty TK! I've never seen a cross die like that before, it's terrific!
That is a unique die, TK, and it gives plenty of space for the wonderful scripture verse. Your ink blending and that gold frame bring it all together in a beautiful way.
Just beautiful, TK!

TK, those frames are beautiful for the sentiment. The subtle cross behind is perfect. What a wonderful set of Easter cards!
