Deep Joy and Calming Peace

 Hello, hello!

I'm back today to post the card I had in my mind's eye, the other day.  You remember, all the boo-boos that I was able to recover from?  Yep, that card!

Same design, just more of what I had envisioned.  The bottom plaid is a part of the poinsettia stamp set.  Two two layers of scalloped cs and the sentiment are popped up on thin foam.  While the embossing looks white, it's actually silver pearl -- it's really pretty IRL.

That's it for me!
Hope you have a great weekend, I'll be off vising family.

Hugs,
TK

I'm glad you persevered with your original plan because it worked out beautifully this time! I LOVE that color of cardstock and the plaid is a bonus to go with these beautiful poinsettias! I need to remember this and use it with my poinsettia background stamp. Thanks for the inspiration, my friend!

TK, I love the way you have mixed the different patterns together. The scalloped border adds wonderful movement, and another layer of texture. Love that sentiment, and I bet the silver pearl is absolutely gorgeous IRL.
