Thank You cards - MUSE #147

Well, I'm going for the gusto! My first challenge EVER, and I must say I was prodded on by the wonderful Michele of I Card Everyone.  She was my first follower, and the second to contact me and welcome me to the card making world of blogging.  PLUS, she's actually the MUSE -- how could I not?  Here's Michele's card:

So here it is, my entry for MUSE #147:

I used Michele's basic color scheme, die cuts and layout.  I changed up the white on black to black on white paper, light to dark oval, no stamping, theme.

Here is the runner up I am not linking to the challenge:

Sorry for the quality of the pics, overcast weather is not helping!

Papers:  DCWV The Naturals
Cardstock:  Neenah, Bazzill, PTI
Die:  With Gratitude (quite old) from PC, Sizzix Classic Ovals
Embellies: Jolee's flower stickers, Pearls by Kaisercraft

Thank you so much for coming by!
TK

These are both gorgeous ... the inverted the colour combo is fabulous ... and the die cut blooms on each one mimic that yummy DP beautifully! Hugs, Anita :)
