A Circle and a Swag

 Welcome!

Today, my card features a floral swag and a circle plus some early Spring colors.  This card was hand-delivered today to a friend for her Birthday!

I started with the green panel, embossed and adhered to the base; cut and popped up the stitched scallop circle, stamped and Copic-colored my floral swag and hung it from atop the circle, and lastly, "pressed" my sentiment.

I'm sharing in quite a few challenges:  Color Hues #106 - Yellow & Green, JUGS #766 Mood Board, The Flower Challenge #100 - Add a circle, and of course NBUS #72 Challenge.  Whew!  You decide, did I get them all in there?

Whew!  I'd say that's all for me, Folks, but I have a bit of inspiration -- maybe you'll be seeing me soon!

Supplies:
CB - Tiny Bubbles e/f (circles?)
PFS - Stitched Scallop Circle (another circle), Sending Love stamp/die, Favorite Things Sentiment [all NBUS]

Have a great weekend!
Hugs,
TK

Bird - Die - Birthday - NBUS

Hello, Fine Feathered Friends!
Ok, you're not actually the feathered friends, but friends still.

Today's card will be a quick post, as I need a CAS card for a masculine Birthday at work, and I was "elected" to make the card.  As soon as I walked into my craft room, I spied the awesome NBUS embossing folder and it became my jumping spot.  Next, I was hoping that I could find a small bird die to go along, and there it be, nothing simpler than that and a foiled sentiment to pull it all together.
Here's my card ~

My card will join the festivities at NBUS #72, Triple B:  March and finally JUGs #765 Die Week & Birthday -- how could I not?

 Shucks!  I missed it!

SSS - Forest Border (NBUS)
Ps - Whittle Birds (this could possibly be NBUS too)
Splb - More Sentiments glimmer

Thank you for the visit, and I hope you have a MARVELOUS week!

Hugs,
TK

You Are A Treasure

 Hello and welcome!

Today's card came from a challenge and a need for a Birthday card.  Over at Double D Challenge, they're looking for red.  Since Valentine's is already gone, I decided my flowers needed to be red!  Now, that's quite a stretch for me; while I love a red rose, I wanted to go in a different direction with a somewhat new, never-used product.  Red is quite bold in my book, so see if it works ~

My starting point was the NBUS floral stamp and die, which was colored with Copics.  Then I popped it over the double-stacked frame with tape, all mounted on one of my favorite pinpoint cover plates.
Red?  Yes.  Bold?  Yes!
I decided to use light, neutral grays for the greenery so I didn't get too out of control - lol.  And a close-up ~

Supplies:
PFS Folk Floral Stem/die (NBUS), Fancy Oval Frame
   MB - Pinpoint Leaf coverplate

That's it for me, I better get this posted before I run out of time!
Hugs and happy weekend,

Hugs,
TK
